Here are a few of my personal boundaries for December:
- Eat ONLY the debit foods (health and fitness destroying foods) I really love.
- Eat out only once a week.
- Erase with Hoe Downs and water after any debit food.
- Refuse to allow myself to get too hungry or too full, keeping myself in the 4-6 zone on the Hunger/Full Index.
- Remember to do Gratitude streaming every morning. “I will offer the sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving.” Hebrews 13:15
- I will live daily in “Intentional hope.”
- I will ask the Master for wisdom and limit my commitments being willing to say “no.”
