Toxic thoughts create fear, anxiety and worry to name a few side damaging side effects. Each one of these produce STRESS. Stress can cause emotional eating because our behavior follows our thoughts.
Whatever we think on — good or bad — produces emotions. Negative emotions for too many leads to “Emotional Eating” (eating on demand to emotions for comfort….usually eating too much…and usually eating so called “comfort” foods.)
Toxic thoughts create toxic attitudes. Healthy thoughts create happy healthy attitudes. When we sweep away toxic thoughts, we also sweep away toxic emotions.
