Using a Hunger/Full Index for Inch Loss
One of the keys for healthy eating for weight loss includes not just what and how much you eat. It includes the time elements of when you begin eating and when you stop. Do you know how to listen to your body?
Eating before you are too hungry and stopping before you are too full can be a great habit to develop for Inch Loss. The sooner you develop this habit, the sooner and longer you will become and remain fit. Fitness over 50, 60, 70, and 80 is possible. I have experienced it.
