This time of year can be one of sadness for many. Many have memories of lost loved ones. May God bless and comfort you as only He can. Sometimes it takes a great sacrifice of joy to overcome the sadness. I pray peace and comfort will rise up inside you.

For others it is a time of great joy as we begin to rejoice over all God has done in our lives over the past year. John and I were greatly blessed as we had all of our immediate family plus our daughter-in-law’s mother with us on Thanksgiving Day. It had been several years since we were able to gather them all in.
