Research by Harvard points out that finding role models who are older than we are gets more difficult as we age.

In the last few years a new group has been identified – the super-agers.  Who are they?

Harvard defines this term (super-agers) to people in their 70s and 80s who have the mental or physical capability of their decades-younger counterparts.  I want to be part of this group, what about you?

A Harvard -affiliated neurologist, Dr. Bradford Dickerson, and his colleagues, after a study of super-agers for several years, says that “results suggest that embracing new mental challenges may be the key to preserving both brain tissue and brain function.” Imagine scoring as well when in the 60-80 age range as others 18-36.  This research has encouraged me to add learning a new language to my goals.
